Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer 7 Days Easy Returns from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care, innerwear and used items may not be eligible for return. This will be mentioned where applicable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
